The Newtown Junior Women’s Club is a non-profit, 501(c)3, civic organization, comprised of women 18 years of age or older. It is a non-sectarian, non-partisan club and a member of the statewide Connecticut Junior Women, Inc. This group of women combines their time, talents and energies to benefit the community by promoting civic, cultural, educational and social activities.
As a member of the statewide Connecticut Junior Women, Inc., we have joined forces to support Covenant to Care as our current 4 year project affiliation. Covenant to Care is a non-profit organization that works with faith communities to meet the needs of abused, neglected and impoverished children and teens. NJWC hopes to raise awareness of this organization through our fundraising efforts. Recipes graciously donated by our members, families and dear friends. You can also send cash or a check made payable to: NJWC, PO Box 217, Botsford, CT 06404. Proceeds fund our community service projects.
